Reserving your date
How booking works.
A $150 wedding booking fee reserves your date and is applied to your collection. Dates stay open to other couples until the agreement is signed and the full fee is paid.

Sign your photography agreement and pay the remaining $85 of the $150 booking fee.

What qualifies as a micro wedding?
Micro weddings are smaller, intimate celebrations with a limited guest count, often close family and friends. They focus on meaningful moments, emotional connection and a more personal experience.
Do you photograph courthouse weddings and elopements?
Yes! LuxLens specializes in courthouse weddings, elopements and intimate celebrations throughout Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas.
How many guests can attend a micro wedding?
Typically up to 26 guests. Larger guest counts may need a larger collection depending on size, timeline and coverage. website says 26, flyer says 16
Can we add more coverage later?
Absolutely. Additional coverage can be added depending on availability and your wedding timeline.
How long until we receive our photos?
Sneak peeks may be delivered shortly after your wedding day, with full galleries delivered within the timeframe in your wedding agreement.
Do you help with posing?
Yes! Most couples aren’t professional models, and that’s completely okay. You’ll get guided posing and gentle direction throughout, so you feel comfortable, confident and natural.
Do you travel outside Louisville?
Travel may be available for weddings and elopements outside Louisville and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply depending on location.
Do we get print rights?
Yes. Your private gallery includes full-resolution downloads and print rights for personal use.
